Creative Living operates two uniquely accessible apartment complexes with a total of 34 units. Apartments surround landscaped courtyards with covered walkways. An automatic door at the main entrance opens to a large common area for resident use. Each complex has a laundry facility on premises, handicapped width parking spaces, and extensive security lighting. Creative Living is HUD Subsidized Housing.

Apartments

Our one bedroom apartment complexes are located near The Ohio State University campus. Every apartment is wheelchair accessible with specially designed shower stalls, countertops, door pulls, and conveniently placed switches and thermostats. Kitchens have a microwave, full-size refrigerator, stove top and disposal. There is an intercom system that connects each apartment to the office where a Resident Assistant is on-call 24 hours a day.
